Multi-Property Sales Specialist

Overview

The Multi-Property Sales Specialist will drive sales performance and revenue across a diverse portfolio of properties. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working with multiple properties to maximize sales and occupancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales initiatives simultaneously.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Sales Development & Lead Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of leads for multiple properties within the portfolio.
  • Identify potential clients, including corporate accounts, group bookings, travel agents, event planners, and more, to drive revenue for each property.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Conduct outreach through various channels (email, phone, in-person meetings, events) to secure bookings and partnerships.

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across multiple properties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded by collaborating with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to encourage repeat business and increase customer loyalty.

Cross-Property Coordination

  • Collaborate with the sales teams at each property to align sales strategies, share leads, and optimize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Coordinate and prioritize sales efforts to ensure that each property’s offerings are appropriately presented to clients.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and property teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of bookings or events.

Event & Group Sales

  • Identify and pursue group sales opportunities across multiple properties, including meetings, corporate events, conferences, weddings, and leisure groups.
  • Manage all aspects of group sales from initial inquiry to booking, working closely with event coordinators to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Assist in developing tailored event packages and promotional offers to attract group bookings across properties.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on sales performance across multiple properties, analyzing key metrics like conversion rates, booking volume, and revenue generation.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline progress, client engagement, and market opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategic adjustments to sales efforts in order to achieve business objectives.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities or threats to sales performance.
  • Stay up to date with the industry’s best practices and emerging technologies to keep sales efforts innovative and competitive.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build industry relationships and stay informed on market trends.

Collaboration with Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional campaigns that support sales efforts across multiple properties.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and campaigns that showcase each property’s unique offerings.
  • Collaborate on targeted promotions, seasonal offers, and social media campaigns designed to drive traffic and increase bookings.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to managing multiple properties or locations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in group, corporate, and leisure sales is highly desirable.
